Licensed Regional Development Agent for Donegal
Background:
I am a PE teacher and licensed Volleyball coach. I have been involved in sport in general for as long as I can remember and have been playing Volleyball since I was a child. I played for fun and competitively all through school and university. In fact Volleyball was my main pedagogical sport at university. I love the game and I feel that I gained a great deal of experience in all of its aspects from these enjoyable times on and off the court.
Description of Services:
I am the Licensed Regional Development Agent for Co. Donegal. I am delighted now to have an opportunity to share that experience and knowledge with others who are enthusiastic about Volleyball. I am also excited at the prospect of having a chance to introduce newcomers to this wonderful sport. Moreover, since I discovered and started working with Spikeball I see new possibilities for both games here in Donegal.
I would really love to see a network of schools and clubs involved in Volleyball and Spikeball throughout the county with players and teams from Donegal playing at the highest levels in the national league. I think that this is a real possibility. These games are great for fun, fitness and competition for players of all ages and with more and more young people taking up Spikeball I feel that the interest in the these games and quality of play in both is sure to go from strength to strength.
