Background:

I studied Sport and Leisure Management, this included two years at Inchicore College of Further Education (Higher National Diploma in Leisure & Recreation Management), one year at UCD (Sports Management) and two years at Dublin Institute of Technology (BA Leisure Management). I then worked for the Volleyball Association of Ireland as a Development Officer from August 2005 until October 2007. During this time I promoted and rolled out (J4 Volleyball) now SpikeBall.

In November I set up Volleyball Coaching and Education Services to continue the development and growth of SpikeBall/ Volleyball in Dublin and surrounding counties.
Along with this I have training courses running for Students at the Teacher Training Colleges in Dublin and those undertaking Sports Coaching at Inchicore College FE and Bray Institute FE. By the end of the 2008/09 academic Year I will have trained over 200 Students in SpikeBall Coaching.

I also work with the Sports Development Units at Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council, County Dublin VEC, and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, to name just a few.
I also coach the Womens Volleyball Team at St Patricks College Drumcondra.
