Volleyball Ireland would like to wish both Manù and Luisella a safe flight onward as they depart from Ireland after an intensive four day training camp in Maynooth and Dublin.
We would like to thank the coaches who came out in huge attendance throughout the four days. The last few years of coach education have been an exciting journey together. Our player memberships are growing strongly and it was amazing to see so many of you seeking out knowledge from one the greatest coaching minds in the game.
Thank you to all the players that travelled the length and breath of the country to be present on the same court as Manù. Your dedication to developing yourselves, your clubs and in some cases your country is a real pleasure to see. As a player we hope you enjoyed the experience of working with one of the greatest players in the history of volleyball.
We have a special mention to our wonderful translators. Amanda Burgio, Alessandra Trio, Lucia Barbato and Gianni Massa. You were all superb!
Finally, a huge thanks to Manù and Luisella for accepting our offer to come and help us grow stronger. We are a small association with big ambitions. Your support in this camp has undoubtedly helped us take one step closer to achieving our goals.
