Due to demand, Volleyball Ireland are excited to extend the 4 week Virtual Volleyball Programme for a further 2 weeks. The Virtual Volleyball programme comes after success of our last virtual camp combined with the positive feedback from surveys and our recent youth consultation.
The live weekly programme will last approximately 60 mins per night. The focus of the additional 2 weeks will be on volleyball specific Fitness (30mins) and Yoga (30mins) that will help keep players active, fit and engaged with volleyball while having fun!

Thursday, 11th & 18th March from 6-7pm
