Influential Women | Teresa Curtin

Teresa has dedicated so much of her time to promote and encourage girls to get involved in volleyball in Colaiste Muire, Ennis. Girls in Colaiste love when Teresa is at their matches or training. She is encouraging, calm and always brings out the best in every player. Volleyball has grown in Colaiste Muire so much because of Teresa. With that has come success (Cadette A, Senior A x2, numerous underage international players) but most of all a passion for volleyball in our school. So much so that we have massive numbers of girls active and involved in volleyball. Her focus is always on enjoying volleyball and developing the important skills. Teresa has always given every person an opportunity to be involved. From refereeing to coaching, all players start coaching in transition year under Teresa’s guidance. Colaiste Muire are very lucky to have a person like Teresa involved in their volleyball community.
