The Volleyball Ireland Coach Development Programme is ready to go, with Munster Thunder Coach Erica Fatini lined up as the first guest speaker on the Tier 1 programme, which begins on Tuesday March 23rd.
Erica Fatini – ‘Maximising player potential on court’
Erica began her volleyball journey at the young age of just 8 years old. A phenomenal playing career spanning 20 years witnessed Erica competing against some of Europe’s finest players in the Italian C Division. Upon arriving in Ireland in 2016 Erica shifted her focus into a coaching role and since then has being helping to develop the Irish volleyball community.
Having experienced playing under some of the world’s top coaches not limited to Massimo Barbolini (#4 in top volleyball coaches ranking) and also Carmen Pimentel ( Peruvian double Olympic competitor and runner up in 1982 World Championships) Erica brings an incredible amount of insight for our Tier 1 coaches to tap into.
