Emily Frazell

When asked about her proudest volleyball moment, Emily's response was "Fighting back from 10-14 down in the 5th set of a league match in 2019 with UCD - such an amazing moment!". Her favourite thing about competing is "All the team moments in between matches and trainings - I especially love traveling with my team!". Like many athletes, Emily does have a pre-game ritual which she tells us consists of "I typically like to do a brief meditation on the morning of a match".
