Regina’s favourite thing about competing is “Winning or playing out of your skin with your family on court!” and her biggest volleyball role model is Kerri Walsh Jennings. Like many athletes, Regina does have a pre-game ritual which she tells us consists of “Last song in the car before getting to the hall has to get me singing, dancing and excited for the game”. Favourite Quote: You’ve got to hate losing more than you love winning! Don’t know who said it first, but I remember when I first heard it and it changed my whole mindset.
