The team at Volleyball Ireland are delighted to launch a new club development programme to help clubs build capacity, knowledge and grow over the coming years.

Every club should have a plan and in this programme, Geoff will take our clubs through a proven and easy to follow strategic planning model. As an added incentive, each club that completes the programme will receive 5 x Mikasa V200W match balls.”
The Programme
The course will involve
- Short form online e-learning course in strategic planning – see details below
- 6 Webinars covering the following topics:
- Developing a plan (4 Nov at 7pm) – see attached a template that you will use to develop your plan
- Income generation (18 Nov at 7pm)
- Governance (9 Dec at 7pm)
- Digital & branding (13 Jan at 7pm)
- Technical Player Development (27 Jan at 7pm)
- Final wrap up (10 Feb at 7pm)
- They’ll be a follow up process with Volleyball Ireland regarding the progress of your plan during year 1
