Earlier this year Volleyball Ireland was selected as one of only nine NGBs to help launch the new HER MOVES!
Her Moves is designed to inspire and support more teenage girls to be active. It’s about empowering all young women, building confidence and providing motivation to find something that gets you moving.
Volleyball Ireland has teamed up with a number of LSPs, NGBs and local sporting organisers to bring the HERMOVES Beach Tour to four locations nationwide.
Programmes;
- Bettystown Beach, July 24th, 25th & 26th
Beach Volleyball 10-11am & Beach Handball 11-12pm & Artistic Swimming 12-1pm
- Brittas Bay, Wicklow, August 13th, 14th & 15th
Beach Volleyball, 10-11.30am & Artistic Swimming 1.30-1pm
- La Hinch Beach, Clare August 15th & 16th
Beach Volleyball, 10-11.30 & Surfing 11.30-1.30
- Inchydoney Beach, Cork, August 15th & 16th
Beach Volleyball, 1 – 2.15pm & Surfing 2.30-4.30
We welcome one or multiple day signups. Please check the age grouping during registration.

This is a first come, first served as places are limited.
*Surfing gear will be supplied however for all other activities participants must bring suitable attire.
